I'm unsure about the safety of the electrical installation in my home?
You should contact a fully qualified electrician, AEC Services will be happy to discuss any concerns you may have. There may be a very simple answer/solution to your electrical problem. If required an electrical test/inspection can be carried out to fully identify any areas of concern.

I am thinking of having my house rewired, how long will this take and will there be much mess?
A complete rewire on an average three bedroom house should take between 3 and 5 days, however the time it takes to rewire a property depends on a number of things such as :
- Is the property empty?
- Is the property lived in and full of furniture etc?
- What is being rewired ie number of sockers and lighting points etc
Due to the experience, we can completely minimise the disruption and disturbance to you and your property throughout the rewiring process.

Is your work covered by a warranty?
All of our work is fully covered by a warranty through the NICEIC. The warranty relates to all notifiable work such as:
- Rewiring
- Kitchen and bathroom installations
- New fuseboards
- Outdoor work

Are you insured?
We are comprehensively insured to include the following:
- £5,000,000 Public Liability
- £250.00 Professional indemnity - for testing, inspection and certifcate of fixed electrical installations
Do you have a call out charge, do you do free estimates?
There is no call out charge and we give free advice and quotations.
